Where Is Online Poker Legal?

The US States to Launch Soon
With the official launch of poker online in Pennsylvania, there remains one state that has legalized online poker. West Virginia legal online poker in 2019, but wasn’t expected to go live until 2020. As of November 2020, it looks as if that the timetable has shifted to 2021.
The Mountain State has a small population, and to launch real money online poker sites with a bigger number of players might be difficult without a shared liquidity pool with the other states.
Can I get in trouble for playing online poker?

Will online poker return to the US?
Until many states in America legalize poker online, or until the federal government considers authorizing the game on a national level, there is little sign that Americans will return to international player pools shortly.
